Delays and Lead Time
With a backlog of work still leftover from lockdown, the usual lead up to the season and significant resource shortages and supply outages in our industry, our lead time is very long at the moment. For this reason, we are having to be very selective with the work we can support you on and very transparent on how long it may take for us to attend if it is a non-warranty service request. This lead time will vary depending on the time in the season, as a guide, at the moment (as of Tuesday 30 Nov 2021) there is a six-eight week wait. We do apologise for this delay and are working through our backlog as quickly as we possibly can.
Changes in how we support you
Over the past 12 months the impact of COVID and Government Restrictions has subsequently changed how we support you. Our industry is experiencing an overwhelming level of demand with many families now focusing on improving their lifestyle at home. The lead time from building pools through to servicing pools is the longest it has ever been across the industry in over a decade (Government Restrictions on how we can operate is greatly contributing to this).
To ensure we can continue to support you and attempt to reduce these lead times, we will be partnering with a local well-trusted Pool Service Technician, John from JS Pool Solutions.
Between JS Pool Solutions and our team from Head Office, we will try and support you as best we can.
